1.1 Introduction

jaya6 ("we", "our", "platform") is an online casino and betting platform operated for players in Bangladesh. These Terms apply to any user of the platform ("you", "member", "player").

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account at jaya6, all of the following conditions must be met:

• Each individual may open only one account.
• Using an account for fraudulent or illegal purposes is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Identity Verification

jaya6 reserves the right to verify a member's identity, age, and address at any time. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until the verification process is complete. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the account being temporarily or permanently closed.

2.3 Duplicate Account Prohibition

Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed and the associated balance may be forfeited. Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses will be treated as a serious violation.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. You must not allow any third party to access your account. Any unauthorized use of the account or security breach must be reported to our support team immediately.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳12,000 → ৳5,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total balance ৳17,000

4.2 Wagering Requirement

Before bonus winnings can be withdrawn, bets worth 15 times the bonus amount must be placed. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the sum of the deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

4.3 General Bonus Usage Terms

• Each member may use each promotional offer only once.
• The time limit for using a bonus will be stated on the relevant promo page.
• If the account's total balance drops below zero while a bonus is active, the bonus will be cancelled.
• jaya6 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and associated winnings if a violation of terms is suspected.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.

4.4 Abuse Prevention

Misuse of the bonus system — such as multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or meeting wagering requirements through low-risk bets — will be treated as a serious violation. In such cases, the account may be closed and all bonuses and winnings cancelled.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

jaya6 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. All our games are secured with SSL encryption technology and powered by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Results are entirely random and cannot be strategically influenced in favor of any party.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing games using software bots or automated tools.

5.3 Technical Errors

6.1 VIP Tiers

The jaya6 VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: weekly cashback of up to 0.4%.
• Silver: weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.
• Gold: weekly cashback of up to 1.2%.

Players are promoted to a higher tier based on their activity and contribution to the platform.

6.2 Cashback Terms

• Cashback is added to the account at a set time each week.
• Cashback is credited directly to the real money balance with no separate wagering requirement — however, jaya6 may set different terms for specific promotions.
• VIP benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the account holder.
• If an account is closed, any unused VIP benefits will be forfeited.

7.1 Closure at the User's Request

Any member may request to close their account at any time. The real money balance in the account at the time of the request will be returned, subject to the minimum withdrawal limit. Any active bonus and its associated wagering process will be cancelled.

7.2 Closure or Suspension by the Platform

jaya6 may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Serious or repeated violations of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Suspicion of illegal activity or money laundering.
• Organized misuse of the bonus system.
• An order from a court or law enforcement authority.
